- Please note:
- - Your registration will only be confirmed when full payment has been received.
- - Full payment in Chilean pesos should be received before the corresponding deadline.
- - Hotel accommodation and local transfer arrangements are not included.
- The official language of the Symposium is English
- Abstracts should be submitted by no later than August 15, 2014 to guarantee publication in the Book of Abstracts.
- Send your abstract to be selected by the National and International Committee to cancer_research@uta.cl
- Notification on acceptance of abstracts will be e-mailed.
- Once the abstract has been accepted proceed to payment.
- The maximum length of the abstract including references but excluding title, authors, affiliations and funding is 250 words. Graphics and tables are not permitted in the abstract.
- Poster design can be in the format of your choice size, however they can only be up to 1m wide and 1.3m high.

- Payment must be made in Chilean pesos by bank transfer only. Please note that ALL ADMINISTRATIVE BANKING COSTS must be paid by the registrant.
- The registration must be made using the Symposium's Pre Registration Form.
- Notification of acceptance and payment method information will be e-mailed.
- Confirmation of payment will be sent by e-mail.
